Music sensation is a Waacking Battle under the direction of Axelle Munezero created by the Asymmetry collective, aiming to make everyone's creativity shine through Waacking.
This evening will be a great opportunity to discover the magic of this underground culture. The 16 selected dancers compete to disco music in a 1-on-1 tournament, not knowing what music they'll be dancing to, or who they'll be up against. The overall winner will be chosen by a world renowned judge.
Being a Spontaneous show, the public is invited to interact and participate in this flamboyant evening. Put on your best outfits and come celebrate with us!

This Whacking Battle aims to make everyone's creativity shine through Whacking. .
For this evening, the public will be just as surprised as the dancers, since we are going to change the rules of the game and challenge the competitors. In addition to not knowing what music they will dance to or who they will face, the dancers will be called upon to develop their creativity through various musical styles and different themes/concepts. The purpose of this battle is to explore outside the pre-established frameworks of conventional battle. The overall winner will be chosen by a world renowned judge.

The showcase will take place at the Cabaret Cléopatre on sunday the 22nd at 7:30 pm. It is a night to exchange and share our love for punking/whacking/waacking. The two international guests will present their creation they’ve been working on throughout the week with the waackers. The people chosen from the call of project will also present short pieces.

WHAT ARE THE CREATION WORKSHOPS ?
Dive into the creative world of Billy Goodson or Princess Madoki and grow as a dancer.
The little creation that will be made during these workshops will be performed at the showcase on Sunday night.
It’s a chance to experience a full creative process from researching, creating and performing in a short and sweet formula.
Maximum participant: 15 per teacher
